Terms & Conditions for A Vision of Hope Media:

Welcome to avisionofhopebook.com (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Vision of Hope Media, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company located at 3101 W Drexel Ave Unit 217, Franklin, WI 53132 (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By using this Site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Who We Are

Vision of Hope Media, LLC publishes and sells A Vision of Hope and related works (Reflections and The Workbook).

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 13 years or older to browse the Site and 18 or older to make purchases.
If you create an account, you are responsible for all activity under it.

3) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the most current version.

4) Products & Availability

All print books are fulfilled through print-on-demand services. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors even after an order is submitted.

5) Orders & Payment

We accept multiple payment methods via secure processors (including credit/debit cards and digital wallets).
By ordering, you authorize Vision of Hope Media, LLC and its processors to charge your chosen payment method for all amounts due, including taxes and shipping.

6) Print-on-Demand & Shipping

Books are produced individually after purchase. Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package.

7) No Returns or Exchanges

Because all books are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for damaged or defective items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email andrew@avisionofhopebook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Verified issues will be replaced at no cost.
Digital purchases are final once delivered or accessed.

8) Digital Content License

Digital materials are licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license for private use only.
You may not copy, share, or redistribute any digital files.

9) Group or Institutional Use

Each book or license covers one reader.
Organizations must obtain a written group or curriculum license by contacting andrew@avisionofhopebook.com.

10) Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, graphics, images, videos, and book materials—is owned or licensed by Vision of Hope Media, LLC and protected by law.
Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

11) User Content & Reviews

If you submit comments, testimonials, or other material, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing or editorial purposes.
All comments are reviewed before publication.

12) AI Assistant and Interactive Features

The Site includes an interactive AI feature (“Hope Assistant” or “Vision Guide”) designed to help visitors navigate our books, request information, or receive journal prompts.

By engaging with Hope Assistant, you acknowledge that:

  • Conversations may be recorded for quality, support, or improvement purposes.

  • The assistant provides general guidance, not medical, psychological, or legal advice.

  • You should not share sensitive personal information (such as medical, financial, or login data).

  • Automated tools may classify or route your inquiry using limited data.

Automated responses are for informational purposes only. Vision of Hope Media, LLC is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions.

Certain automated functions rely on third-party services, including Voiceflow, Make.com (formerly Integromat), Google Tag Manager, Calendly, and MailerLite, solely to fulfill your requests or schedule communications.

14) Disclaimers

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision of Hope Media, LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability will not exceed the purchase amount or USD $100, whichever is greater.

16) Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by Wisconsin law.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Milwaukee County, WI.
You waive the right to jury trial or class action.
Opt out within 30 days by emailing andrew@avisionofhopebook.com.

17) Privacy

Use of the Site and AI assistant is governed by our Privacy Policy.

18) Force Majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

19) Entire Agreement

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain effective.
These Terms plus the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement.
