We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Return Policy Request Window

Return requests for damaged or defective books must be submitted within:

7 days of delivery

Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.


How to Request a Return (Required Step-by-Step Instructions)

To request a return for an eligible item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email andrew@avisionofhopebook.com with the subject line “Return Request.”

  2. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will send instructions for returning or replacing your item.

  4. Replacement copies will be sent at no additional cost.


Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.


Digital Product Refunds

All digital product sales (ebooks, PDFs, audiobooks) are final and cannot be refunded once delivered or accessed.

Orders enter production immediately. As a result:


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged at checkout and shipped upon release.

If we cannot fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
